Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Within Nairobi

• Orders within Nairobi are delivered through a trusted delivery rider.
• Delivery is typically completed within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
• The delivery fee is paid directly to the rider upon delivery.
• Please ensure availability at the delivery location to avoid delays.

Delivery Outside Nairobi

• Orders outside Nairobi are shipped via a courier service.
• The delivery fee will be communicated after order confirmation based on location.
• Shipping charges must be paid in advance before dispatch.
• Once payment is confirmed, orders are dispatched immediately.
• Delivery timelines typically range between 1–4 business days depending on destination.
